More than 200 people attended a two-day recruitment event at the Ascot Group on Friday 27 and Saturday 28 May.
Visitors were taken on a tour of the brand-new office facilities and could speak to existing team members to discuss the roles available and to learn more about the expanding company.
Unlike traditional recruitment events, the day was incredibly relaxed with music, food and drinks. The informal atmosphere created the perfect opportunity for the Ascot team to get to know each guest and understand more about their career goals and aspirations.
Andrew comments: “This was a fantastic recruitment event that welcomed over 200 people who are currently searching for a new challenge or change of scene.
“It’s clear the local area is bursting with lots of talented people with experience working in tech, digital, media and marketing roles but they want a change after working from home for several years.
“The Covid-19 pandemic altered the ways of working, with many employers now offering full-time remote roles. While it may suit some, others are feeling isolated and instead prefer to be at the centre of an active and collaborative workplace.
