The Ascot Group, based just outside Bristol has continued its exponential growth with the appointment of several new team members.
The Ascot Group took on a total of eight new employees in January of 2018. This follows the firm’s relocation to a new office in 2016, the launch of its recruitment agency, Harvey Richmond, and a record number of appointments in 2017.
The new starters join across three different areas of the business: Darren Wood joins the Business Leader team as Content Editor, while Dan Elmont and Beth Wells join the digital department of Purplex – the group’s full-service marketing agency – and Megan Phillips becomes Purplex’s PR Assistant.
Insight Data – the leading provider of marketing data to the construction and fenestration industries, and member of the Ascot Group – has also gained four new researchers: Katie Bryant, Michelle Ireland, Christa Pitman and Charlotte Stacey.
“We’re delighted to welcome our new team members to the Ascot Group,”
says managing director, Andrew Scott.
“In each of our businesses, we aim to recruit talented individuals who share our commitment to growing and improving not just our own businesses, but our clients’ too. I am confident that our newest group of recruits fit this description and I look forward to seeing how the Ascot Group can develop and progress with their input.”
The Ascot Group was founded over a decade ago in 2004 and has flourished since then, becoming a veritable force in the UK’s construction industry. The company now has ambitions to expand to over one hundred employees by the end of the year.
