The Ascot Group is excited to announce it has selected Gympanzees as its charitable partner of choice.
Based in Bristol and operating across Somerset, Gympanzees was the perfect fit for the ambitious company which values making a real difference to its surrounding areas.
Designed to support children and young people with disabilities to access fun and fitness, Gympanzees’ mission is to improve the physical and mental health and wellbeing of those who attend. It also goes above and beyond to work closely with the whole family to help lift them out of isolation.
Andrew comments: “Supporting Gympanzees is something the whole business feels incredibly passionate about. As we embark on this new charitable partnership, I can’t wait for everyone at the Ascot Group to get stuck in and support Gympanzees as they roll out their busy 12-month programme.
“The work that Gympanzees has done to date is fantastic and we’re proud to support such an incredible charity that has a real passion for what they do.”
Stephanie Wheen, CEO and founder of Gympanzees, said: “We couldn’t be more thrilled to have Ascot Group supporting us, they have already jumped straight into fundraising, and the enthusiasm from Andrew and his team is evident. Their support this year will make a big difference to the lives of thousands of disabled children and young people.”
To kickstart the fundraising activities, members of the Ascot Group have agreed to take part in the Gympanzees Three Peaks Challenge. In readiness, the team has already started training each week to prepare for the trek which is scheduled for June 2023.
