The Grand Atlantic Hotel located on Weston seafront was overtaken by the Ascot Group for the 2022 annual conference.
The one-day event was an epic milestone in the Ascot calendar and was a fantastic way to end an incredible year. Not only did the conference create the perfect opportunity to reflect on where the company has come from, but there was also a big focus on looking ahead to see what the future has in store.
Andrew comments: “It was extraordinary to see how far we’ve come, from a one-man-band start-up to seven companies and 100 amazing people.
“Between five hours of presentations, panel discussions, inspirational speakers and team awards, the atmosphere was electric, and the team were on fire as we announced our most ambitious growth plans ever.
“As 2022 comes to an end, I can’t wait to jump into 2023 and make a difference to our customers, our team and our community.”
When the conference came to a close, the team put on their glad rags and got into the true festive spirit by enjoying a delicious three-course meal, great company, spectacular entertainment and a fantastic DJ.
