The three-day exclusive Ascot Group recruitment events were a great success at the team’s headquarters, 200 Parkway in Worle, Weston-super-Mare.
From Wednesday 22 February until Friday 24 February, visitors were invited to tour the facilities and learn more about the positions available within one of Weston’s fastest growing independent businesses.
All three sessions were incredibly relaxed to create the perfect opportunity for members of the Ascot team to get know each guest and understand more about their previous work experience and career aspirations.
Andrew Scott, founder and CEO of the Ascot Group, said: “Our recruitment event was fantastic. We’re building something really special in Weston and it was great to meet some incredibly talented and ambitious people looking for the right home.
“The main thing that struck me during the events, from chatting to the attendees, was how many people seemed keen to get back to working in an office environment and ditch working from home.
